Customers can easily customize their subscriptions on our website by choosing blends, setting delivery frequencies, and managing their preferences, including changing blends, adjusting delivery frequencies, or pausing/resuming subscriptions.
What are the shipping options, estimated delivery time, and restrictions for US domestic regular shipping?
Our US domestic regular shipping is available through USPS or FedEx, starting at $4.50 for packages up to 0.5 lbs. Delivery typically takes 1-4 business days, varying based on carrier and package weight. Please note that US domestic regular shipping cannot deliver orders to military bases.
What are the shipping options, estimated delivery times, and specific requirements for international shipping to different zones?
International shipping to Zone 1 (Canada), Zone 2 (European countries), and Zone 3 (Asia-Pacific region) is handled exclusively through FedEx. Prices start at $18 for packages up to 1 lb and vary based on weight. The estimated delivery time for all zones is 2-5 business days, contingent on carrier and package weight. Additionally, for shipping to the United Kingdom, an EORI number is required.
Are there any customs or import fees for international shipments?
Yes, customers from other countries might have to pay customs and import fees for international shipments.
What is Flare Brew's return policy?
Customers have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving their order if they are not satisfied, provided the products are in their original packaging and condition. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Upon receiving the returned products, Flare Brew will issue a refund within 14 days, including any initial shipping charges paid by the customer. Customers can contact our customer support team to initiate a return and receive further instructions.
